The Methodist Student Center
The MSC is a campus ministry; formerly known as the Wesley Foundation. At the MSC, we seek to help each other hear God’s voice and grow into the women and men God is calling us to be. While we are a United Methodist ministry, we welcome any person regardless of denomination, race or creed. Many of our students consider the MSC to be their home away from home! At the MSC, you can find a community that supports you in your faith, friendships, and all that life brings!

Who are we?
Who are we? If you’re asking yourself this question, we’re happy to answer. Since 1965, the Methodist Student Center (formerly called the Wesley Foundation) has been a consistent presence on campus and the Morehead community. The MSC strives to be an open, diverse Christian community on campus through worship, service, discussion, and fellowship. We are here to minister to the students, MSU faculty and staff, and the community regardless of one’s denomination, race or creed. It is our goal to provide a safe place for believer’s and those seeking to learn about faith and what it means to have a relationship with Jesus.

What Do We Do?
The MSC offers several different opportunities for the campus community. The MSC building is available for studying, hanging out, and prayer/meditation during the semester. Many students have said the MSC has become their home away from home. Throughout the term, the MSC holds student-led worship, bible studies, service projects, is involved with other campus groups, outings & cookouts, game & movie nights and more. What we do here is dynamic and is always subject to change. Hey, that’s college, right?
